Because your satisfaction is our top priority, you will need to contact us first to get your design approved by our Production department - unlike other companies providing some automated sock builder and taking your money right away, you will not have the problem to receive socks that do not match your expectations; this means that if we couldn't make your model - which hardly ever happens - we would not take your order.

Here is how our order process works:

›› Step 1: Information we need from you:

• Model (ankle, no show, crew, knee-high tube)
• Number of pairs needed
• Deadline
• Design and logo

›› Step 2: We give your information to production and green light your order.

›› Step 3: You pay 50% of the total cost of the order.

›› Step 4: We send you a mockup. Once you approved your mockup, we start production.

›› Step 5: A few days later, we send you pictures of your first socks.

›› Step 6: You receive your socks and pay the remaining 50%.
